Holly threw the covers off. Damn it! She
couldn’t sleep. Grey, Tara and Bear had
been staying at the ranch the last few days. The contracts had been sighed
and the closing was set. Since it was a cash sale, the process was moving
along quickly. Already Grey and Bear had begun renovations on the barn. She
loved having company during the day. It made her feel safe but at night…
She glanced at the ceiling. The rhythmic creaking from Grey and Tara’s bed
frayed her nerves. It had been a long time since she’d had that type of
satisfaction. She thought of the heated looks that passed between Tara and
Grey. Actually, she doubted she’d ever
had that type of satisfaction.
She couldn’t take it any longer. Fanning her
body with her gown, she crossed to the window. From the corner of her eye,
she saw movement that drew her gaze. The full moon lit up Bear’s
silhouette. Obviously, the sounds of the frantic coupling disturbed him
too.
His hair was unbraided and reached midway down
his back. Reaching up, he ran both hands through the unbound length. She
couldn’t hear him but she could tell by the movement of chest muscles and
rippling abs that he was taking deep breaths.
Even though Grey had loaned him clothes, she’d
noticed, when alone at night, he donned his clout.
Holly nibbled her lip. She really shouldn’t
watch him. He thought he was alone.
One large hand skimmed his chest then slowly
caressed his abs. He slid his hand to the side and loosened the tie of his
clout.
“Oh my god!” she silently mouthed.
