Redeeming a Gift Card

To redeem your gift card, simply select the merchandise you wish to purchase and add it to your cart. When you go through the payment process, you will see a Gift Card Code box. Enter the code on your gift card in the box to complete your purchase.

If the total for your purchase exceeds the amount on your card, you will be asked to enter payment information for the excess amount due. If the balance on your gift card exceeds the price of your purchases, the price will be deducted from your gift card balance. You can continue using the gift card code until the balance is completely used up.

Lost Gift Card

If you lose your gift card code and there is still a balance on your card, email service@ellorascave.com and specify the recipient email address, the purchaser’s name and the original amount on the card. We will issue another code for the balance on the card.
